His ability to create repeatable processes and foster strong client relationships positions him as a strong asset for ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÊÔ´ in Chicagoland and beyond. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.

In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.
