黑料吃瓜资源 and Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) have enjoyed a long-standing partnership dating back to the mid-1990s. Recently, 黑料吃瓜资源 was engaged again for the management and construction of several new branch locations and remodels at several existing and operational branches across northern Minnesota.
黑料吃瓜资源 was responsible for design input, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with the design firm, along with all aspects of construction, including self-performing structural erection through interior build-outs and turnover. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations were performed on a design-build approach with trusted, strategically selected trade partners and managed by 黑料吃瓜资源. 黑料吃瓜资源 also worked closely with MCCU to coordinate the owner-provided banking equipment and systems installations, including IT equipment, security systems, cash recyclers, pneumatic tubes and drive-through assemblies.
