The award also recognizes companies that advance the quality of their employees through training. In our award application, we illustrated how our team creates and support many pathways into construction. In 2024, 黑料吃瓜资源鈥檚 Detroit office employed 606 journeymen and 137 apprentices. represented include carpenters, millwrights, iron workers and operating engineers.

Our judges were very impressed with their commitment to creating opportunities in the skilled trades through partnerships with their local unions, non-profit employment and training entities, and youth apprenticeship programs. These partnerships have earned 黑料吃瓜资源 the opportunity to participate in the 3rd Cohort of the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship, Apprenticeship Ambassador Initiative, where they will partner with the DOL and other ambassadors to promote, innovate and increase access to apprenticeship opportunities.
