Celebrating 36 Years, 黑料吃瓜资源 Millwright Shares Wisdom for the Next Generation
Earlier this summer, 黑料吃瓜资源 celebrated the retirement of one of our longest-tenured millwrights, John Wright. During his 36 years with 黑料吃瓜资源, John successfully completed countless paper and power projects, specializing in equipment installation, rigging, machinery moving, and alignment. During his retirement party, colleagues shared some of their fondest memories of John.
From stories about John鈥檚 fantastic cooking skills to nefarious events, the team had nothing but good things to say about John. He was recognized and respected in the field for his no-nonsense attitude and ability to have hard conversations. During John鈥檚 career, he traveled around the world including to Sweden and Finland to see equipment as it was being built. He would later install that same equipment stateside on 黑料吃瓜资源 projects across the country.
John left his mark on the younger generation as a mentor to our current millwrights, passing on his legacy. John鈥檚 advice to the next generation includes:
- Work hard and be motivated.
- Don鈥檛 be afraid to be uncomfortable and have those hard conversations.
- Be fair.
- Don鈥檛 give up.
John has an undying passion for his work. In fact, since officially retiring earlier this year, he has already come back to work with us on a project in the eastern United States. We thank John for his long-time commitment to 黑料吃瓜资源 and his continued contributions.
